Wow! I can't believe how exciting this past month has been.

  2. I try to remind myself how many calories it will take to work off the food. and that if i really want it, it will be there tomorrow..tomorrow.. tomorrow

  3. ummmm, I don't :( It is my time to eat what I want. I am good after the holidays but the holidays is my time to eat what others have made.

  5. I avoid the crazy sugary foods and stick to my plant-based diet.. I love it! No issues for the past 2yrs of being vegan. Yay!

I try to eat healthy and am exploring Gluten free and vegan trying recipes .Made Ricki Heller soup. i guess it takes time to get use to thing that taste different than what you are use to having.i found i had to add more water to the soup recipe than what it called for ,but i did like they taste

  11. I'd like to win this giveaway - more seeds seeds seeds! I started soaking chia seedsin a canning jar overnight, and add them to cereal and smoothies for breakfast. My toddler loves to shake the seeds in the jar too!

  12. I make sure to eat healthy breakfast, and lunch, and before going to a party, I eat some fruit to stay satisfied. That way I don't overeat during parties. I also walk at least 30 minutes every day.
